性狀：
B型硅膠爲乳白色透明或半透明球狀或塊狀顆粒。B型膠孔結構介於粗孔、細孔硅膠之間，孔容爲0.60—0.85ml/g，平均孔徑爲4.5—7.0nm，比表面爲450—650m2/g。
用途：
主要用作液體吸附劑、乾燥劑和香料載體，也可用作催化劑載體，硅砂，以及用作層析硅膠等精細化工產品的原料。
